• FAR-West Conference (Nov 7, 2009 / Irvine, CA): Co-led a workshop entitled “Going Green: It’s Easier Than You Might Think!” with Gabrielle Louise (Artist)
• Rocky Mountain Song School (Aug 13, 2009 / Lyons, CO): Gave workshop entitled “It’s Easy Being Green! An Eco-Workshop for Sustainable Musicians”
• SXSW Music Conference (Mar 18, 2009 / Austin, TX): Spoke on a panel entitled “Sustainability and Greening” with Brian Allenby (Reverb Rock), Chris Baumgartner (MusicMatters), Mike Jbara (Warner Music Group), and Joseph Malki (Seven-Star Inc.)
• Folk Alliance (Feb , 2009): Moderated and developed a panel discussion entitled “The Green Musician” with Bryan Kelley (Groove House Records), Chris Thomas (Martin Guitars), Tamara Kater (Winnipeg Folk Festival), Dalis Allen (Kerrville Folk Festival), and Randall Williams (Artist).
